Clean establishment. Friendly atmosphere and greeted once we were seated. Servers appeared to help each other as well. Plenty of parking and wheelchair accessible. It's immediately off the hwy on the 210 hwy. Although they do not take reservations the mgmt team worked with us ahead of time. Lindsey on staff accommodated our party with ease of 30 people that showed up in different waves. Rehma our waitress handled orders and provided efficient attention to our needs. The other servers also helped out when necessary. It appeared to run smooth and it looked that everyone worked well as a team. Thank you for a great experience especially on a rainy and cold evening.

My wonderful wife and I got to experience Old Chicago while in KC after a long day at Comic Con and we had the best experience. The service was so kind and we got our food quick. The waitress was always asking how we were doing and we had bugged her more than she deserved and was always happy to help us. Their deep dish and twisted tenders are a must have and their ranch was so amazing we took some tiny cups to go. This is a must stop for pizza and wings and their craft beer selection was extravagant. Thank you for the amazing service and wonderful food.

I really enjoyed myself. It’s Saturday afternoon and a really kool vibe. Customer service was awesome from the very start entering the restaurant until leaving. I’ll be back tomorrow for the Chiefs game. My server was McKenzie and there was a David who ran the food. He went beyond the call of duty and made sure I had all that I needed. It was my first time and won’t be the last. I did not feel any racist vibes. Just good eating and kool conversation. My new pizza spot

Joanna was our waitress today and she made the trip to old Chicago well worth it! She was knowledgeable of the menu, kept up with refills and provided excellent customer service. Would be back soon!

Went on a Sunday at noon and there were only 2 other tables there. Was kinda worried but turns out our waitress was fast and very helpful. They made our pizza to small and she informed us they were making an individual size to make up the difference. We got a pizza and side salads. No complaints, would definitely recommend.
